We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product you ordered is received in faulty condition or is not as shown to you on the website, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit.
Return Policy Terms:
- Backdrops must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- For partial bundle returns, we will refund the pro-rata amount.
- If an exchange is required, items can be returned for a pro-rata refund, then you’ll need to place a new order (including any re-shipping costs or difference in pricing).
- Custom items or Mystery Packs cannot be returned.
- A tracked service should be used, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
- If a backdrop is returned with any signs of use or damage, we will not be able to accept it. We are a small business and we appreciate your honesty.
- Refunds will be credited back via the payment method used to make the original purchase.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In the event, there was free shipping included the shipping cost can still be excluded from the refunded amount.
- Most credit card payments take 1-3 working days to process. International PayPal refunds can take up to 2-4 working days.
